Join us Thursday, September 23rd from 5-7pm to enjoy complimentary splashes at this week’s spotlight winery night featuring Roche Wines.

Never accuse Joseph or Genevieve Roche of taking a pessimistic outlook upon life. Both practicing physicians, they moved their young family to their newly purchased ranch in southern Sonoma Valley in 1977 and began to dream about their new life in the wine country. Both being brought up in farming families, the Roches always wanted to own property in the wine country, where they could grow premium grapes. Unfortunately, locals often told them how it was too cold to grow grapes on their land, being so close to San Pablo Bay. They amiably accepted that, and settled into their new ranch. They purchased over 100-head of cattle and continued the property's long history of cattle ranching.

Chandelle Wines, Thursday July 22nd
Picture_53.png

Join us Thursday, July 22nd from 5-7pm to enjoy complimentary splashes at this week’s spotlight winery night featuring Chandelle Wines.

Family owned and operated, Chandelle has offered premium California wines featuring aviation art editions since 1986 when the company was founded by Robert's parents, Bruce and Barbara Arnold, and myself. Our wines are bottled in very limited quantities and are available directly from us.
Located in the center of California's Wine Country, Chandelle takes it's name from an aviation term used to describe a 180-degree change in direction and an increase in altitude. This maneuver is a classic test of aircraft performance and pilot skill requiring a smooth touch on the stick and rudder.

Join us Thursday, July 15th from 5-7pm to enjoy complimentary splashes at this week's spotlight winery night featuring Fichtenberg Wines.

Available at only a few select locations locally outside of the winery, we are excited to have them pour at the Caffe this week. Situated in the southeast corner of the Sonoma Coast AVA, west of the Napa Valley, the vineyard's unique location is influenced by the maritime climate from San Pablo Bay and the fog-laden breezes which blow across Sonoma Mountain from the Pacific ideal conditions for the highest quality grapes. All of the

wines are hand-crafted and made in very small quantities to ensure consistent quality.

There is viticulture
, and then there is extreme viticulture. Sometimes the most distinguishing element of a vineyard is the intense nature of its site. Audelssa Estate has one of the most distinctive vineyard sites in California. Cascading some 1,200 vertical feet down the Sonoma slope of the Mayacamas Mountains, this fascinating hillside location shows extreme diversity over 80 planted acres. Its southwest facing perch on the Sonoma side of Mount Veeder provides an amazing view of San Francisco and wines that are elegant, complex and sophisticated.

Join us Thursday, June 10th from 5-7pm to enjoy complimentary splashes at this week’s spotlight winery night featuring Petroni Vineyards Wines.

Lorenzo Petroni's dream was to be the first California vintner to grow the prized Sangiovese Grosso clone from his native Tuscany in Sonoma soil.  He sensed that California could produce stunning results with Italian varieties, similar to the new world successes accomplished with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  His feeling is that if done correctly, the new world can rival if not surpass Italy's most prestigious red wines.  At Petroni Vineyards, we strive to accomplish that obsession everyday.

Nestled among the majestic coastal redwoods of the Mayacamas Mountains, our steeply terraced mountainside vineyard yields small amounts of richly flavored Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Sangiovese grapes.  From this and select cool-climate vineyards throughout Sonoma County we craft limited quantities of European-style blended wines, strongly influenced by Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley and Tuscany.
