Welcome to the Sunflower Caffe Art Gallery!
SFCAG was created to help emerging and well known LOCAL artists gain exposure to a high traffic establishment with locals and visitors from all over the globe. SFCAG is located on the Historical Sonoma Plaza. SFCAG is also listed as California Landmark #501
Home of the Captain Salvador Vallejo. he was the brother of General Mariano G. Vallejo, Sonoma's founder. Built by Indain labor, 1836-1846. Occupied by Captain Vallejo and family until the Bear Flag Party seized Sonoma, June 14, 1846.
Each month we exhibit a solo artist to adorn our walls with their beautiful artworks. And on bright sunny days, the art will continue into our historical garden. We help celebrate and welcome the Artist by hosting our
'1st Friday Artist Reception!'
With the help of adding another creative element to the mix, a Local Winery adds an extra flare in featuring their latest creations in wines.
At the last month of the year, we feature a combined exhibition to showcase all the artists who graced their artworks through-out the year!
Mila Chaname-Hahn and Jennifer Cabaud are the curators and operators of the SFC Art Gallery. Both are also artists who sell their work successfully through art galleries and art representatives.
